Alloy Mobile App for Technician Staff

OVERVIEW

Alloy has a mobile application for Apple and Android phones. This will provide a technician fast access to tickets (Incidents and Work Orders) that are assigned to them.

PROCEDURE

The Mobile App is designed to show you your tech tickets as default, but you can change the filters and view to get access to all the open Incidents or Work Orders.

To log in into either of them please use http://help.salem.com/api as the address to access the system; then use your normal computer credentials (salem\@#$%) to log into the system.
